In a heartfelt gesture of gratitude, the National Tobacco Administration (NTA) extended warm birthday greetings to one of its long-serving public servants, Ma’am Luz U. Padayao, who celebrates her special day today.
Known among her colleagues and partners for her deep commitment to service and innovation in the tobacco sector, Ma’am Luz received a message of appreciation from the agency, recognizing her leadership and impact in the industry.
“May this year bless you with more wisdom and strength to continue your noble endeavors within the agency and the tobacco industry,” the message read. It also wished her continued good health and success in both her personal and professional life.
Ma’am Luz has been an important figure in the promotion of sustainable practices in tobacco farming and has long advocated for the welfare of local tobacco farmers. Her contributions have helped improve productivity and supported many farming communities dependent on the industry.
