Some clients of the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) were advised to plan their banking transactions ahead after two of its branches — DBP Bogo and DBP Abulug — temporarily closed operations today, November 7, 2025.
According to DBP’s client advisory, the Bogo Branch suspended its services due to operational issues, while the Abulug Branch in Cagayan is closed in observance of a local holiday.
Despite these temporary closures, DBP assured the public that all other branches, Branch Lite Units (BLUs), and the DBP Financial Center remain open today from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to continue serving clients nationwide. Customers are encouraged to visit the nearest open branch or check the updated list of operational offices through DBP’s official website.
The bank reminded clients that it remains committed to providing reliable and accessible banking services, even as some branches undergo short-term interruptions. DBP also assured that all services will resume to normal once the issues are resolved and the local observance concludes.
For customer concerns, DBP’s Customer Experience Management Department is open from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Clients may send their feedback or inquiries via email at customerservice@dbp.ph.
The public may also contact the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Financial Consumer Protection Department for assistance through telephone number (02) 708-7087 or email at consumeraffairs@bsp.gov.ph.
