Families and business owners planning to visit DBP in Palayan and M’lang will need to adjust their schedules, as these branches observe local holidays. Meanwhile, DBP Tacloban Branch is closed due to heavy rains and unsafe conditions caused by inclement weather.
Despite these temporary closures, most DBP branches, Business Lending Units (BLUs), and the Financial Center remain open today, December 5, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., ensuring that clients can still access essential banking services. Customers are advised to check the updated list of open branches via DBP’s official website before visiting.
The temporary closures highlight DBP’s commitment to safety and compliance with local observances. Customers experiencing urgent banking needs, such as lost ATM cards or other ATM-related concerns, can reach the bank’s 24/7 hotlines. For general feedback or complaints, the DBP Customer Experience Management Department is available on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and clients may also contact the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas’ Financial Consumer Protection Department for assistance.
