Many customers arriving at the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) Bogo and Taguig branches found their doors closed on October 22, 2025, Wednesday. Both branches are temporarily shut due to operational issues, leaving clients unable to access services at these locations.

Despite this inconvenience, DBP reassures the public that all other branches, including their Business Line Units (BLUs) and the Financial Center, remain open from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. today. Customers can still conduct their banking needs at these locations without disruption.

For the convenience of clients, DBP has provided an updated list of open branches on their website. Customers are encouraged to check this list before visiting a branch to avoid any inconvenience.

DBP operates under the regulation of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), ensuring that consumer protection and service quality remain priorities even during temporary closures.

For concerns or complaints, clients may contact the DBP Customer Experience Management Department from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., via email at customerservice@dbp.ph. Alternatively, the BSP Financial Consumer Protection Department is available at (02) 708-7087 or consumeraffairs@bsp.gov.ph.

In case of lost cards or urgent ATM issues, DBP offers 24/7 assistance through their hotlines: trunk line (02) 8-818-9511 local 2542 or 2580, direct line (02) 8-812-6378, and a domestic toll-free number 1-800-10-327-8888.
