As energy-saving measures take center stage, employees of the Department of Agriculture – Bureau of Soils and Water Management (DA-BSWM) will work from home this Friday, March 13, 2026. This move aims to follow government directives on energy conservation while ensuring continuity of service for stakeholders.
The work-from-home arrangement is in line with Memorandum Circular No. 114 from the Office of the President and the Department of Agriculture’s own memorandum. While the DA-BSWM offices will not operate on-site, stakeholders can still access services and send inquiries through official communication channels.
For questions about soil and water analysis for agricultural purposes, the public may reach out via SMS or Viber at 0976-613-2507. For technical services and general concerns, the number 0918-318-7127 is available. Email inquiries can be sent to customers.center@bswm.da.gov.ph.
The DA-BSWM emphasizes that despite the temporary shift to remote work, all essential services will continue online, and stakeholders are encouraged to submit complete requirements for timely processing. This step highlights the bureau’s commitment to both public service and responsible resource management.
