As heavy rains and strong winds from Typhoon “Tino” continue to batter parts of Luzon and the Visayas, the Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK) announced adjustments in its branch operations on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
Several branches in Cebu, Palawan, and nearby provinces will either close early or suspend operations for the day to ensure the safety of both clients and employees.
According to LANDBANK’s latest advisory as of 8:30 a.m., the following branches will be open until 12:00 noon only:

LANDBANK also confirmed that all branches in Negros Occidental will be closed today in observance of a local holiday.
The bank reminded customers that all other branches nationwide will remain open under their regular banking hours. Clients are encouraged to use LANDBANK’s digital banking platforms and ATMs, which continue to operate despite the weather disturbance.
Typhoon “Tino” has brought widespread rain and strong winds across several Visayan provinces, prompting authorities to suspend classes, cancel trips, and activate emergency response teams in affected areas.
