In its continued effort to provide clear, efficient, and quality service to the public, the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA) conducted a series of specialized trainings on Risk and Opportunity Management and Root Cause Analysis this September 2025.
Held as part of the agency’s internal capacity-building program, the activity aimed to further equip FPA personnel in identifying problems at their root, managing risks effectively, and improving overall operations in serving Filipino farmers and stakeholders in the agriculture sector.
