Farmers, students, and livestock enthusiasts are invited to join a free live webinar hosted by the Department of Agriculture–Philippine Carabao Center (DA-PCC) this Friday, November 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. The online event will highlight the agency’s key programs, services, and opportunities available for farmers and rural communities nationwide.

The webinar, titled “DA-Philippine Carabao Center Programs and Services,” aims to raise public awareness on how the PCC supports carabao-based enterprises, improves dairy production, and strengthens the livelihoods of Filipino farmers. The session will also provide updates on government initiatives that promote sustainable livestock farming and the use of science and technology to boost productivity in the countryside.

The program will also include a live question-and-answer segment, giving attendees the chance to interact directly with PCC experts and learn practical solutions to improve their carabao-based farming and dairy operations.

The DA-Philippine Carabao Center has long been at the forefront of promoting carabao development across the country, helping farmers improve milk production, meat processing, and genetic improvement of native breeds. Through training, research, and enterprise support, the agency continues to empower rural communities and enhance the carabao’s role as a valuable partner in Philippine agriculture.

This upcoming online event is part of PCC’s continuing effort to make its services more accessible to the public and to inspire more Filipinos to explore opportunities in carabao-based agribusiness.
