The Department of Agriculture–Philippine Carabao Center at Central Luzon State University (DA-PCC at CLSU) took part in the nationwide LAB for All program by distributing 700 packs of nutritious chocolate milk to residents attending the health and wellness event.

The caravan is part of the ongoing campaign led by First Lady Louise “Liza” Araneta-Marcos, which aims to deliver free medical consultations, laboratory services, and essential medicines to communities across the country. The initiative highlights the government’s commitment to making healthcare more accessible, especially in rural areas.

In partnership with various government agencies and private organizations, the caravan in La Paz provided a wide range of health services — from medical checkups and dental care to blood tests and wellness education. Local residents also benefited from information drives on nutrition and healthy living.

The DA-PCC’s participation underscored its mission to promote the local dairy industry while supporting public health. Through the distribution of chocolate milk made from locally produced carabao’s milk, the agency aims to promote the nutritional benefits of dairy consumption and support small dairy farmers in Central Luzon.

Aside from milk distribution, the DA-PCC at CLSU also shared educational materials on Artificial Insemination (AI) in carabaos, encouraging farmers to learn more about modern breeding technologies. This initiative is part of the center’s efforts to improve milk production, increase farmers’ income, and strengthen the carabao-based enterprise sector.

The LAB for All campaign continues to travel across different provinces, bringing together healthcare, nutrition, and livelihood services under one program. For many residents of La Paz, the visit provided much-needed medical help — and a reminder that government and community partnerships can make a real difference in people’s daily lives.
